1 General Provisions & Definitions

The meanings of certain key terms used in these Terms are clarified below.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bxbet currently supports transactions through the following mobile financial services:

• Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure any active wagering requirements on your account have been met. It is standard practice to withdraw through the same method used for the deposit. bxbet processes withdrawals after identity verification.

4.4 Transaction Integrity

bxbet reserves the right to investigate suspicious or fraudulent transactions and, if necessary, suspend the relevant account. Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bxbet offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement must be completed — this applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly from the account — they will be converted to real balance after the requirements are met.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• bxbet reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion or discontinue bonus offers at any time.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

6.1 Fair Play Commitment

bxbet is a fair play platform. All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes. No game result can be predetermined or manipulated.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalties:

• Using any software, bot, or automated system to play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users through any syndicate or match-fixing arrangement.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack against the platform.

6.3 Game Results

The game results recorded on the server are final. If a technical error causes an issue with a bet or win, bxbet will investigate and make the correct determination.

7 Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets will be considered valid only after being confirmed by the bxbet system. If you do not receive a confirmation message, assume the bet was not accepted.

7.2 Bet Cancellation Conditions

A bet may be cancelled and the stake refunded in the following situations:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed.
• If a competition is called off due to insufficient participants.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system or data feed error.

7.3 Live Betting

In live betting, there may be slight differences in data updates due to network delays. The information shown in the bxbet live betting system will be considered final.

8 VIP Program

bxbet's VIP program has three tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active use. If evidence of VIP benefit abuse is found, membership may be revoked.
